Fine oil filter:

When the mixture of oil and gas enter the oil-gas separator, the resistance become smaller after being re-filtered by the sub-oil separation core; even the smallest oil drop can also be separated. This unique design can realize the ideal quality that the oil contents in the air are lower than 3ppm, which can not be done by the other screw compressors.
 
Unique thermal valve:
The opening and closing temperature is designed between 72?-85? to ensure the exhaust temperature is over the dew point so as to keep lubricating oil from creaming and damaging the roller and bearing.
 
Intelligent control system:
The system uses advanced microcomputer program full-automatic control system with a protection device, which is able to accomplish many functions such as alarms of oil filter block, oil separator block, air filter block, system exhaust over-temperature, and auto-protection of reversed phase of the main motor. Highly effective cooling system:
