Freezing drier
   
Main characteristics of freezing drier:
Special back cooler and precooler, immediately access to air compression under 80?.
Equipped with high-performance and powerful refrigerant compressor, refrigerating after sufficient precooling, the processing air volume 30% larger than similar products, stable dew-point temperature, transforming 99% vapor into water fog and drop.
The specially designed centrifugal and collecting-type dual water separator make the efficiency as high as 99%.
World-class components, high quality, long operation life.
Convenient to use, no expendable, fully automatic water drainage, low operation cost, capable of continuous operation.

KQ grade precision filter
The old-type ceramic filter element is replaced by multi-layer fiber glass.
1. Main pipe filter: this grade is used at the end of high load liquid, and normally it is the pre-filtering for reciprocating type air compressor.
2. Filter out oil and moisture in compressed air below 5ppm and reduce particles of impurities to 5 micron, which undergoes to double filtering.
Oil and water: =5ppm
Dirt: =5µm
Construction, carpentry, cleaning and air filling
 
KP grade precision filter
It is multi-layer material of fiber glass.
1. Air pipe filter: this grade is generally used for normal pipes and normal screw air compressors, which undergoes to pre-filtering.
2. Filter out oil, moisture and liquid in compressed air below 0.5ppm and reduce particles of impurities to 1 micron, which undergoes to double filtering.
Oil: =0.5ppm
Dirt: =1µm
Water: dew point at -23?
Precise instrument and meter control, precise spray coating, precise electronics, precise components and instrument control.
 
KS grade precision filter
It is close-type net of glass fiber covered overlay film and multi-pipe matrix fiber.
1. Super precision oil filter: this grade is air compression and rear mounted filtering device.
2. Used to filter out very small quantity of oil and moisture in compressed air to 0.01 micron, so that standard high quality compressed air is available.
Oil: =0.01ppm
Dirt: =0.01µm
Water: dew point at -23?
Pneumatic tools, general coating industry, pneumatic motor and sand blasting
 
KC grade precision filter
It is extremely fine active carbon powder and multi-layer fiber.
1. This grade is specially for highly fine filtering.
2. Filter out the remaining oil mist in compressed air below 0.003 micron, and remove the odor of carbon compound and ammoniate, and filter out super fine particles of impurities to 0.003 micron, so that the best status of no oil and no odor can be achieved.
Oil: =0.03ppm
Dirt: =0.003µm
Water: dew point at -23?
Food, medical industry, transport, breathing and mixing.
